Eurocentres Brisbane is specifically designed as a language school. For you, that means spacious classrooms with natural light and a learning-friendly environment. We also provide you with a self-study centre, email and internet (with non-roman characters) access-free of charge.

Eurocentres Brisbane offers a variety of English Language courses to suit all levels of students. From beginner to advanced Eurocentres Brisbane can cater for your needs. Each class is taught by a team of teachers and has a maximum of 14 students ensuring a high level of individual attention. With Eurocentres, you are never without someone to turn to. If problems occur, such as homesickness, difficulties with the Homestay or anything else, there will always be somebody to help.

Standard Courses

These courses cater for your individual requirements, depending on how long you wish to study for, your current skill level, your language proficiency goals and the number of lessons you wish to attend each week. The Standard Courses available are:

	General English (part-time) not suitable for Student Visas
	Specialised Intensive (20 hours)25 lessons / week
	Specialised Super Intensive(25 hours) 30 lessons / week
	Specialised Super Intensive for Exam Prep(25 hours) (IELTS)
	Academic Year

Student’s wishing to take the IELTS or FCE exam can study those specific units. Those wanting to go onto further study at Australian Vocational Colleges or Universities can take English for Academic Purposes. The Focused Skills Program also includes modules for those students that wish to take IELTS or FCE exams as well as English for Academic Purposes for those going onto further study here in Australia.

Focused Skills Program

The Focused Skills lessons of an afternoon see students split into classes based on their ability level. This allows students to target and develop their skills in the specific areas of Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking.  The Focused Skill lesson will be based on themes such as Business, Travel & Tourism, History, Geography and other real life applications

FCE – Cambridge First Exam

A modular course focussing on key skills tested in the Cambridge First Certificate Exam.  Students will be prepared for the exam through a combination of language skills training and exam practice. 

  IELTS Exam Preparation

To provide students with the necessary skills to take the IELTS examination. The course will cover a range of skills specific to IELTS preparation and have examination practice.

English for Academic Purposes

The EAP course is designed to focus on preparing students for study in an English-speaking country, including: listening and note taking; seminar presentation and discussion skills; speed reading; academic writing; library and Internet use; university level vocabulary; preparation for English proficiency examination; academic culture of Australian universities; research techniques; critical thinking; essay writing.
